Cancellation policy

Parties of more than 12 guests

By making a reservation, you agree to the following cancellation policy:

• If the entire party is cancelled less than one week before the scheduled visit, 50% of the total value will be charged.
• If the entire party is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total value will be charged.

If part of the reservation is cancelled, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the cancelled portion according to the terms above.

The total value refers to the food that has been pre-ordered for the party. On the date of the visit, you will be charged based on the number of guests originally booked, regardless of the actual number of guests attending. Any changes to the number of guests or other details of your reservation must be communicated to us no later than 48 hours before the scheduled visit.

By making a reservation, you agree to the following cancellation policy:

Free cancellation of the entire party up to 6 weeks before the arrival date.

• Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before arrival will be charged at 25%.
• Cancellations made less than 5 weeks before arrival will be charged at 50%.
• Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before arrival will be charged at 75%.
• Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before arrival will be charged at 100%.
