Cancellation Policy

Groups of 8 to 15 people

By completing a booking, you accept the following cancellation policy:

• If the entire group is cancelled later than 7 days before the visit date, 50% of the booking value will be charged.
• If the cancellation is made later than 48 hours before the visit date, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking value will be charged.

The booking value is based on the pre-ordered food for the group. Charges are based on the number of people the booking applies to, regardless of the actual number of guests attending.

Any changes to the number of guests or other adjustments to the booking must be communicated no later than 48 hours before the visit date.

Groups of 16 people or more

Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival.

By completing a booking, you accept the following cancellation policy:

If cancellation is made later than the timeframes below, the following percentage of the total booking value will be charged:

• 4 weeks before arrival: 25%
• 3 weeks before arrival: 50%
• 2 weeks before arrival: 75%
• 1 week before arrival: 100%

If parts of the event are cancelled, charges will be calculated for the cancelled portion according to the above terms.
