These menus are adapted for parties of at least 8 people. We need to have your order seven days before the current date. The menus are only served to everyone in the party, i.e. you need to agree on one and the same menu. Everything so that your visit with us will be the best restaurant experience we can achieve.

Salmon tartare, wasabi, crispy rice and miso mayonnaise
Poached ling, seasonal vegetables, butter sauce and dill-boiled potatoes
Dark chocolate mousse with the sorbet of the evening

Ahlström´s small seafood platter with fresh shrimps, dill cooked langoustines, blue mussels cooked in white wine, cocktail sauce, aioli, matured cheese and freshly baked bread
Cod loin, celeriac puree, sauteed cabbage and redwine-jus
Pear, lemon foam, vanilla crumble, and tagetes
Menu 3 – 995:-
Bleak roe toast with classic accessories
Poached turbot fillet, dill tossed potatoes, three kinds of roe and Sandefjord sauce
“Marängswiss”, vanilla, banana, chocolate and meringue

WINE MENU PLUS 595:-
This menu starts with a glass of sparkling wine. Then a glass of wine is served for the starter, a glass for the main course and ends with a glass of dessert wine. The wines in this menu are sourced from all corners of the world.
WINE MENU CLASSIC 795:-
In Fiskekrogen’s classic wine menu, we serve wines from the classic wine regions in Europe. We start with a glass of Champagne. Then a glass of wine is served for the starter, a glass for the main course and ends with a glass of dessert wine.
WINE MENU PRESTIGE 1195:-
The wines in this menu come from famous wine houses and areas that excel in character and taste. We start with a glass of vintage Champagne. Afterwards, selected prestige wines are served throughout the meal. A glass for the starter, a glass for the main course and finish with a glass of dessert wine.
