The old fiskekrogen
Fiskekrogens first years as a restaurant, the place looked like this. The interior had a clear inspiration from Sweden’s traditional red boathouses and from the marine. Already at this time, fish and seafood were served here.

Renovation
When Lars Ahlström took over Fiskekrogen in 1996 he continued to run the restaurant with focus at fish and seafood. Tough, he made a extensive renovation.

After 19 years was it time for another renovation. This is the time Fiskekrogen get the expression as we know it today, with a lot of grey and gold.

During the pandemic there was time to develop the restaurant. The idea of a more simple foodbar with focus on good drinks and food was born. That idea was a reality in autumn 2020. The space behind the bar was then remade a bit to fit the new concept better.

A glass-wall was built to control the sound in the restaurant better.

The new logo of “Fêskens bar” is up.

In the ceiling is roof tiles set up both for the aesthetics but also for mute the sound.

Beautiful windows is set up…

To this day, Fiskekrogen is still standing strong, and we look forward to continuing to serve the very best from the sea for many years to come.
